The fees payable by residents is determined by the individual’s assessed level of care needs.
Level 1 is the lowest level of care; level 2.5 the highest
Care needs are reviewed 2 or 3 times a year with the resident and their family.
Fees are revised each September to reflect inflationary trends and other cost pressures.
