West Bay Housing Society has a Quaker foundation and fees are kept as low as possible whilst ensuring that costs can be met and appropriate future provision made for maintenance and care development.
Over 90% of the Society’s income currently comes from fees.
The Society does have a small designated fund which is available to part support residents who struggle to pay the fees chargeable. This fund is also used to meet the cost of any specialist equipment which individuals might need.
